As you can see, I went with #3. I just really didn't want to make Jon Klassen sad.
I'll probably tweak this and that before I say it's totally "done", but it's all there!
AND: I've been pretty good about updating twice a week for a while now, but I think I'm going to have to downgrade to one for a couple months. I've got a big illustration job and I'm going to be crunching and not having a life, CalArts style. So booo to less blog material, but yaaay for moneys!
This is amazing! Fabulous job!
Oooooo, classssssy. Good choice...
I thought this was a real vintage poster at first...
Brigette, I'm crying tears of joy.

Wow, nice! I guess #3 was the best choice.
I have to ask, is the spelling of "Tokio" with an 'i' intentional?
this is truly stunning. so many reasons to enjoy it. A true aesthetic delight. Can't wait to see more of your work!
Aw, thanks everybody for the super duper nice comments. Makes me feel all fuzzy inside.
Chris: YES, it is intentional. "Tokio" is the way most European languages spell it. C'mon! I knows how to spell!
